Present case was registered on the complaints of S. Ramandeep Singh, Suman Tyagiand Dharmbir Tyagi, received against Dheeraj Tyagi & others from PS Burari. S. Ramandeep Singh reported in his complaint that he is one of the partner of M/s Juneja Finance Co. Alleged Dheeraj Tyagi requested for financial assistance from complainant and he provided financial assistance of Rs. 35.50 Lacs against agricultural land measuring 8064 Sq. Yards comprising in Khasra No. 9/13(3-02), 18(4-16), 19(4-4), 21(4-15), 22(4-16), 23(4-16), and24(4-16), situated in the revenue estate of village Kamalpur Majra Burari Delhi and agricultural land measuring 8 Bighas1 Biswa comprising in Khasra No. 9/13(3-02), 18(4-16), 19(4-14), 21(4-15),22(4-16), 23(4-16), and 24(4-16), situated in the revenue estate of village Kamalpur Majra Burari Delhi and executed registered General Power of Attorney and other documents in favour of the complainant for land measuring 20 Bigha 05biswa. Alleged person also executed a loan agreement dated 11 May 2016 with complainant. When alleged persons neglected to pay the installment in time then complainant tried to sell said property and it was revealed that the said property had already been sold to different buyers. Version of other complainant and witnesses were recorded wherein they leveled allegation of cheating against accused persons Dheeraj Tyagi, Shiv Kumar Tyagi and Amit Tyagi. On the basis of above facts and preliminary enquiry a case vide FIR No. 54/19 dated 29.03.19, u/s 406/420/120B IPC, PS EOW was registered.
During the course of investigation documents executed by alleged persons in favour of Complainant and witnesses obtained and same have been verified from Sub-Registrar Office. Revenue record was also obtained from SDM office, Civil Lines. Bank account details of concerned accounts also obtained which also corroborate the version of complainant and witness.
