MURDER CASE OF PS NEB SARAI WORKED OUT WITH IN 12 HOURS OF INCIDENT, ONE ARREST

NEW DELHI : WITH THE ARREST/APPREHENSION OF ONE ACCUSED AND TWO CCLs, MURDER CASE OF PS NEB SARAI WORKED OUT WITH IN 12 HOURS OF INCIDENT

On 13/2/2022, PCR Call regarding stabbing was received from Sangam Vihar on reaching spot i.e Gali No 3, L 1st, Sangam Vihar blood was found on the spot and nearby area. On enquiry it was found that injured was taken to the hospital and for further enquires IO reached in Hospital. Injured Mayank Adhikari@ Mukul age-20 years was declared brought dead.
Action
On this incident Case FIR u/s 302/34 IPC read with 25/54/59 Arms Act has been registered in PS Neb Sarai.

Seeing the gravity of the offence three teams were constituted headed by Shri Surander Kumar Rana SHO PS Neb Sari, Insp Investigation, SI Narander, SI Aman, HC Aditya, Ct Hemraj, Ct Sanjay, Ct Dharmander Ct Rukmesh & Ct Harish under the overall supervision of Shri Ram Sunder ACP Sangam Vihar
Rakesh s/o Nimbur r/o Sangam Vihar, age 21 years, working as waiter, education 8th standard.
Previous Involvement
FIR No 365/2021, u/s 307/34 IPC PS Sangam Vihar
Further investigation is in progress.
